BEST Innovation

BEST Innovation (BEST: Belaiba Engineering Solutions & Technologies) has been deeply involved in the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing for over 20 years. We are driven by a mission to serve international innovator and generic pharmaceutical companies by providing state-of-the-art technologies, as well as advanced processing and packaging equipment across the EMEA countries.

Since starting our journey in 2020, we have focused on supplying our clients with engineering solutions, innovative technologies and high-quality equipment to support the localization of production across the MENA region. We act as a bridge between the EMEA countries (Europe Middle East and Africa).

At BEST Innovation, we proudly contribute to the healthcare and life sciences sectors by delivering know-how, technology transfer and technical expertise, supported by our international partners and specialists with over 100 years of combined experience.

Eng. Fadhel Belaiba

Founder

Mr. Fadhel Belaiba studied industrial engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieur) at the university of cologne, Germany, graduating in 2000. He began his professional career in Germany, specializing in international business development, project management, marketing and sales across European countries.

After several years in the IT sector, he transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in 2007, supporting both innovative and generic pharmaceutical companies. Since then, he has focused on providing engineering expertise, advanced technologies and specialized machinery for the development and manufacturing of customized pharmaceutical products across diverse dosage forms and therapeutic areas.

In 2015, Mr. Belaiba expanded his activities across the MENA region while establishing a German subsidiary in North Africa. Since then, he has successfully led numerous pharmaceutical projects, built strategic long-term partnerships and delivered tailored technologies and solutions to the region’s pharmaceutical industry.

His approach combines technical excellence, state-of-the-art technologies, innovative products, personalized solutions, clear communication and deep intercultural understanding.

In 2020, Eng. Fadhel Belaiba founded BEST Innovation, inspired by his vision:
